TURNER COMMITS TO MAN UTD Manchester United have announced defender Millie Turner has signed a new contract with the club.
Turner, who joined the newly-launched United in 2018 after leaving Bristol City, has committed to the Red Devils to the end of the 2021/22 season and the deal includes an option for a further year.
"I'm so happy to be signing a new contract,” Turner told the club’s website.
“The club is like family and I want to thank [manager] Casey Stoney and the staff for believing in me.
"Making my 50th appearance at the weekend (in the 1-1 draw with Chelsea) was such a proud moment for me, it's a huge honour every time I pull on the shirt and I hope it's just one of many milestones I can achieve here."

The Brighton defender has joined the Scottish champions on a year-long loan but revealed he saw an opportunity to sign for ex-Parkhead boss Brendan Rodgers fall through as he prepared to leave former club Blackburn back in 2016.
The Republic of Ireland centre-back said as he was unveiled at Celtic Park: "There was talks a couple of years ago under Brendan, but nothing really came from it and I ended up going to Brighton then.
"You always fear (the chance to sign had slipped away). Listen, it's a huge club and you can't just decide when you're going to play for Celtic.
They have got to want you as well and I'm delighted they wanted me and showed such interest in me. That's another big factor in why I'm here.
"You always fear it might not happen, but I always have that belief and I believe I can keep progressing in my career."

KENEDY COMPLETES GRANADA SWITCH
Chelsea have confirmed midfielder Kenedy has joined Spanish La Liga side Granada on a season long loan.
It is Kenedy’s fifth loan spell since joining Chelsea in July 2015.
The Brazilian's Chelsea contract runs until the summer of 2022.

Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori, according to
ESPN FC 's senior writer James Olley.
The 22-year-old is reportedly close to joining Everton on a season-long loan, adding to Michael Keane, Mason Holgate and Yerry Mina as senior options in central defence.
Jarrad Branthwaite, 18, impressed when handed opportunities at the end of last season, but Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti is keen to add further reinforcements given the recent injury concerns over Mina and Holgate.
