sugar is one of the worst ingredients in the mordern food we are eating.

However , some sources of sugar are dangerouse than others , and sugary drinks are very harmfull. whenever you drink liquid calories , your brain doesn't count them as food. thus, it may end up increasimg your total caloir intake it can also cause obeysity, diabetes,fat gaing andhearth disease .

most of the breads we are buying are totally unhealthy if eaten in large amounts they are made from refined wheat, which is low in essential nutrients It may leads to rapid spikes in blood sugar .

 3) Fried, grilled or boiled food
Frying , grilling, and boiling are among the unhealthiest method of cooking .

 i)acrylamides (ii)acrolein (iii)heterocyclic amines (iv)oxysterols (v)polyciclic aromatics hydrocarborns (PAHs) etc.

 Ice cream may be palatable , but its loaded with sugar .
