These are most consumed type of food and beverages we adult mostly consume and we dont know it may be harmful as we grow older in age , As for any one who wants to live longer when attained the age of 30 years these listed food should be stopped

  1. Margrine :

magrine may contain some hearth-friendly nutrients but it often contains fat, which can cause hearth disease and also chromic health issues so we have to be carefull

 2. cola
 Coca-cola contains, a lot of sucrose. And too much of it in the body brings in a high sugar level and can cause harmfull effect on health . It can cause diabetes , obesity and low sperm motility 

3. pizza
pizza is arguably one of the worst food for your health , unhealthy saturated fat and can impact previous health condition . Saturated fat are very dangerous to our heart, as they can clog arteries and pizza has much fat in it .

 4. Energy drinks
 energy drinks are very dangerous when we are consuming more than on bottle in a day, this is because of excessive sugar content. Most of the energy drinks carry the same health risk associated with other sugar – this can increase blood preasure

 5. beer consuming too much of alcohol is bad for our health , heavy alcohol drinks wipes out any health benefit and increases the risk of liver cancer
